Building on the momentum of Heidi Ettlinger's Women's Clinic, Pine Knob Ski and Snowboard School is hosting a follow-up women's ski series led by our Pine Knob PSIA-certified instructors through the month of February.
These relaxed, drop-in clinics are designed to keep the learning and connection going. No long-term commitment required. Ski alongside other women, get personalized coaching, and continue developing your skills in a supportive, encouraging environment. All levels are welcome; skiers should at least be comfortable skiing down from the beginner chairlift. Come for one session or many. Ski when it works for you. This clinic is open to all genders and designed for anyone who coaches or supports women and girls in sport. This on-snow and indoor experience welcomes skiers, snowboarders, patrol, trainers, club coaches, program directors, and community leaders to explore Coaching HER principles from the Tucker Center for Research on Women and Girls in Sport. Using snowsports as the learning lab, participants will explore research-informed approaches to motivation, learning, and program design. You'll leave with practical tools while enhancing your own skiing and riding to create positive, engaging experiences that help more women and girls stay, grow, and thrive in sport - on snow and beyond. Led by: Heidi Ettlinger Heidi Ettlinger is a snowsports educator and PSIA National Alpine Team alumna with more than 30 years of experience shaping how women learn, lead, and stay engaged in snowsports. Location: Pine Knob Ski & Snowboard Resort Join renowned PSIA clinician and Global Women in Snowsports leader Heidi Ettlinger for a full-day, drop-in women’s clinic focused on gear, technique, confidence, and community. This event creates space for women to explore the right equipment, connect movement with goals, ride in inspiring terrain, and build relationships in a supportive, welcoming environment. Who Should Attend Women skiers and boarders of all levels who are looking to improve technique, build confidence, and ski and snowboard alongside other women in a supportive environment. Should be able to link basic parallel turns (skiers) or link turns without traverse (snowboarders).
