​It's all about community at Pine Knob. Join us for fun events like SnowFest or Carnival, be a part of the Tell a Friend Tour in the Terrain Park, or join a ski racing program. There's something for everyone at Metro Detroit's favorite ski and snowboard resort.

Alpine Level II Exam
The PSIA, or Professional Ski Instructors of America, offers instructors to have an opportunity to take the exam to be evaluated utilizing the PSIA National Standards for Alpine Level II Certification. February 12, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

The PSIA, or Professional Ski Instructors of America, offers instructors to have an opportunity to take the exam to be evaluated utilizing the PSIA National Standards for Alpine Level I Certification. February 12, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

Alpine Bump and Carve Clinic
The PSIA, or Professional Ski Instructors of America, offers clinic participants to work on their mogul skills with drills, exercises, and plenty of runs aimed to illustrate and maximize participant movement and awareness. February 12, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

Tell a Friend Tour at Pine Knob
Come ski and snowboard with Andy Parry and the Tell a Friend Tour crew. The Tell A Friend Tour (TAFT) crew will be cruising around the terrain park filming, doing tricks and taking dope selfies for the gram. This free event is a fun way to hang out with Andy and friends. Pizza Party afterwards in the Lodge at the Pinery. January 26, 2020 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

SnowFest 2020
Join us and Pine Knob Ski and Snowboard Resort for a day of fun games, music, and more at SnowFest. January 19, 2020.


Saturday Night Slalom Series at Pine Knob
Join us for the Saturday Night Slalom Series - a four series race held at Pine Knob Ski and Snowboard Resort for racers age 18 and up. Begins January 18, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

Thunderbolt Sunday Morning Race Series
Sunday morning race series 
January 12 - February 23, 2020, alternating Sundays 

Thunderbolt Six Week Program
Join our Junior Development Program 
This six-week racing program will begin January 8 - 11, 2020 (depending on your sign-up preferences).

Moms Pops & Tots
This is a skiing group for preschoolers and their caregivers. We will teach the caregiver how to have fun with their preschooler and give them the tools to enjoy a day on the slopes. January 9, 2020 - February 13, 2020

Boomers on Groomers
Join 55+ Seniors for fun on the slopes. Stay fit and stay social this winter. It's about fun, fellowship, and learning a little about skiing. Boomers on Groomers runs January 7, 2020 - February 11, 2020


New Belgium Adult Ski Race League
Join our ski racing league for adult men and women, Mondays at Mt. Holly and Tuesdays at Pine Knob
Beginning January 6, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

Monday Night Pine Knob Slalom Sisters Women's Adult League
Monday night slalom-only race program for women

Discover Michigan Ski and Snowboard Program

Join us for three days of fun and learning using Pine Knob's awesome terrain parks at our Holiday Camp. December 28 - 30, 2019

Thunderbolt Race Camp
Join our popular Holiday Race Camp designed to provide the serious racer as well as the recreational skier the opportunity for early season gate training and coaching. Join us for all five days or drop in just for one. December 27-31, 2019

Ski with Daron Rahlves
We are running a special Tuesday Night NASTAR Race with Special Guest Daron Rahlves. Daron has several Olympic medals including a Gold Medal. He has also won several World Cup Races and has won the Gold at the X Games in Skier Cross.

Ski School Hiring Clinic for the 2019-2020 Season

Winter Carnival 2019
The spring ski season party that every skier and snowboarder looks forward to is scheduled for Sunday, March 3, 2019. Hosted by Pine Knob Ski and Snowboard Resort and the Pine Knob Ski Patrol. Fun for the whole family. Food, games, races, music by The 2XL Band, and more. $5.00 OFF lift passes for those in COSTUME.

Pine Knob Ski Demo with Shaggy's
Try out a new pair of handcrafted made in the USA skis from Shaggy's Copper Country Skis at Pine Knob. A family operation based out of northern Michigan, they source their materials locally as possible. Their customers describe their skis as responsive, quality made, and versatile.
